Vertex Group Build is a division of Vertex Group Australia, With over 15 years experience in the building industry.
Our primary focus is developing custom, high quality granny flats to suit each individuals needs, whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Our 4-Step Process was designed for our customers to easily be involved
throughout their granny flat build. Entrusting us from start to finish, our open communication and
operational ease continues to hold our 4-step process to great standards.
Design
&
Approval
This stage of your granny flat build, relies on your acceptance of our quote. Once that happens, we can start designing your granny flat from the inside-out, customizing it to suit your ideas and land size. Choosing all internal and external materials, such as f board, tiles, wall colour etc.
Vertex Group Build is also NDIS certified, so we can customize your granny flat for those with additional needs.
Completion
Your granny flat is now completed and your keys can be picked up from our head offices in Woodpark.
Cleaned after construction, your new space is ready to go.

Inspection
Initially, we are able to provide a quick desktop assessment of your property to know whether a granny flat will be suitable to your land.
If a granny flat complies with your land, we can provide a site inspection and email you a free quote.
Use our 'Contact us' page, tell us you name and property address so we can get started.
Construction
Once your granny flat has been approved, we can start construction. Seeing your granny flat come to life in your backyard throughout our 2 month building stage.
